Can't seem to login to the pc delivered to my place.

I tried using my employee ID (13248) to do so but I'm getting an error msg "you're domain isn't available."

It's the first time I'm logging in to this pc (SLG-AIO-16-002). Not sure if I need to reset my password for domain ID.

Please advise.
