Please check your EmpowerED profile, and look for your enrollment status (prod-student.uap.asia).
Only an "Enrolled" status will enable the syncing of your courses to Canvas(uap.instructure.com).
If you are a new student, only an "Enrolled" status will enable the creation of your Canvas account, and the syncing of your courses.
Other statuses, i.e. "For Pre-Enlistment" and "Enlisted", means you do not have your Canvas account or courses in Canvas yet.
If you are aware that you are already tagged as "Enrolled" and your courses have not synced (e.g. for more than 2 hours), please proceed to submitting a ticket.
